The Alaska Highway was constructed during WWII and connects contiguous US with Alaska through Canada. The highway is 1390 miles long and begins in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada and ends at Delta Junction, AK. Critter sightings include black bears, moose and many buffalo.
